How can you make a return?

We accept returns on unused products that are sent back in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please contact our customer service team at support@waggsie.com to receive the correct return address and instructions before sending your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens next?

Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach out to us via email or through our contact page.

Once your return is approved, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
